1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Monarch Compass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Lighthouse Business Consulting Solutions, LLC (d/b/a Kingdom CEO Leadership).

2. Description of Service

Monarch Compass is a formation companion platform built on the Monarch Framework™, offering a free formation quiz, AI-powered daily reflection, weekly guided review, specialist routing, and a formation dashboard. The service is intended for personal leadership formation and is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid access to the Formation Companion tier is billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring basis.

• A 7-day free trial is included with new subscriptions. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Intellectual Property

The Monarch Framework™, all associated framework terminology (including PATH, PROCESS, the six formation environments, the three reflex states, and the four specialist personas), and all content created by Kingdom CEO Leadership are the exclusive intellectual property of Lighthouse Business Consulting Solutions, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the framework without written permission.

Your personal reflection content remains your own. By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service and, in anonymized form, for research as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the framework logic or AI prompts
• Share account access with others
• Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others

6. AI-Generated Content

Formation insights, specialist responses, and weekly reports are generated by AI systems (OpenAI and Anthropic) guided by the Monarch Framework™. These outputs are for personal reflection and formation purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — spiritual, psychological, financial, or otherwise. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lighthouse Business Consulting Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gregg County, Texas.
